Lavender Fields Cambourne 2011

What a great weekend only slightly marred by the poor weather on Sunday.  40 vans joined us for the weekend which included the Royal Wedding Tea Party and a visit to Trevithick Day Celebrations in Cambourne.  A lot of the vans had continued their holiday from Hendra the previous weekend - giving them 10 lovely warm days in Cornwall.

What a fantastic time we had at the street party. Huge thanks must go to Mel, Pete, Joan and Roy who did us all proud working under trying conditions. Thanks also to Chris and Simon for there donation from St Austell Brewery. We even got a big mention on Radio Cornwall.during the afternoon.
